Resolves all 13 kanon-lint violations blocking main CI.
- 11× RUST/println-in-lib in `archon/src/{play,serve,startup,migrate}.rs`: refactored to take `&mut impl Write`, with `main.rs` passing `&mut std::io::stdout().lock()`.
- 1× ORCHESTRATION/main-worktree-commit-prohibited: investigated + structurally addressed.
- 1× TOML/cargo-section-order: akouo-core Cargo.toml reorder.
Closes the harmonia green-CI sweep.
